Guest Review of Mount Herbert Hotel

Here's a recent review we thought we'd share, from a very satisfied customer!

"As a Duty Manager of a hotel myself I have a high opinion of how a hotel should be ran, cleaned, how professional staff should be etc...

The Mount Herbert Hotel has exceeded my knowledge of this! It was a fantastic stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist, i cant remember his name although I do think he was French, he was very friendly, courteous, professional, smiley. We had arrived at bout 12pm/1pm and he got our room checked to ensure it was ready by housekeeping.

The bar staff were also very friendly, chatty, helpful. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef!

So over all it was a great stay and would go back again without no hesitation!

So if anyone is looking for nice hotel in Dublin, that doesn't want to stay in hustle and bustle of City Centre but only 4-6 mins in taxi from it then this is the place to stay!"

Ireland v Italy

The Six Nations kicks off tomorrow with Ireland v Italy in Croke Park! There should be a great atmosphere in our Tritonville Bar & Terrace, we're showing all the matches over the weekend and it's also a popular spot for a drink or bite to eat before heading off to Croke Park. Our beef baguette, pint / glass of wine and coach transfer to and from Croke Park for €15 was a big hit as always. We'll be putting on the same deal for the other Croke Park Six Nations Matches so give Gerard a call on 01 614 2000 if you'd like to book a place - bookings must be made in advance. Enjoy the match wherever you're watching it! Good luck Ireland and a big "benvenuti" to the visiting Italians here in Dublin!
